Heartless Bastards

Trick or Treat?!  Yes, Treat!!  My Halloween treat was seeing the Heartless Bastards in concert. The band once again put on a fantastic show!  Despite the cold weather, we all dressed up and headed out to the Haw River Ballroom out in Saxapahaw, NC. This Austin based band has quickly become one of my favorites.  They all are individually super talented, but I'm mostly impressed by Erika (the lead singer/guitarist).  I'm not even sure how to vocally classify her; she's rich, weighty,  hallow but full.  She's a rock n' roll goddess!!  No lie...I'm in awe!
